Agency veterans Caroline Moultrie and Craig Compagnone to lead regional operations for global integrated marketing firm

MMGY Global, the world’s leading integrated marketing firm specializing in travel, hospitality and lifestyle, announced two key appointments to its Global Leadership Team today. Caroline Moultrie will serve as President of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) while Craig Compagnone is now President of the Americas region.

Supported by new investment partner EagleTree Capital, these appointments allow for focused, scalable growth rooted in world-class service to the global travel, hospitality and lifestyle industries. Effective Jan. 1, both positions report to MMGY Global CEO Katie Briscoe.

“As the landscape of the industry we serve continues to become more complex, MMGY Global is committed to assembling top talent from around the world to lead our operations and client strategy,” said Briscoe. “The extensive experience of Caroline and Craig, both long-standing leaders in the company, will undoubtedly propel our global service offerings to new heights in their respective regions.”

Caroline Moultrie, President, EMEA

Moultrie is MMGY Global’s first President of EMEA. As former Managing Director of MMGY Hills Balfour and Executive Vice President of the World Travel & Tourism Council, Moultrie is a global business leader and strategist with a highly established network of senior contacts across the travel and tourism sector. Her strategic insights and hands-on experience position her as a go-to leader for steering brands toward unparalleled success.

In her new role, she will oversee all operations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East for MMGY Global, continuing to shape the industry narrative and drive transformative outcomes at scale.

“I’m thrilled to be leading this next phase of growth for MMGY Global across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This is an important step toward solidifying our footprint in a region with such enormous opportunity,” said Moultrie. “It’s critical we continue to push the boundaries to drive industry-leading ‘surround sound’ campaigns and solutions for our clients.”

Craig Compagnone, President, Americas

An 18-year veteran of the agency, Compagnone has supported MMGY Global in many positions and will now serve as President, Americas. His guidance on brand strategy and deployment has led to successful and award-winning marketing solutions for clients across multiple travel industry disciplines, including tourism, hospitality, cruise, attractions and OTAs as well as ownership, operations and commercial development.

Previously serving as President and COO, he helped manage MMGY Global’s expanding geographic footprint – overseeing the growth of its research, consulting and European operations. Compagnone serves on the Destinations International Board of Directors, and he is consistently featured as a presenter and speaker on industry topics. His travel insights are highly regarded by The New York Times, Skift, Ad Age, Travel Weekly and other top publications.

As President of the Americas, Compagnone will lead all disciplines and services for North and South America, inclusive of MMGY Global’s best-in-class integrated marketing, public relations, media and research practices.

“We are excited about our continued growth in the Americas and across EMEA,” said Compagnone. “Shifts in technology, data collection and audience targeting are creating opportunities to drive a more integrated, global approach in the travel and tourism industry, and MMGY Global is well positioned to support clients of all sizes to take full advantage.”

Accompanying Compagnone, Moultrie and Briscoe on the Global Leadership Team are Chief Financial Officer Hugh McConnell, Chief Human Resources Officer Mia Wise and Chief Marketing Officer Karla Flannery. Headquartered in Kansas City since its founding in 1981, MMGY Global has grown to 600 teammates and 14 offices worldwide.
