Redefining the Project Management Triangle

“Good, fast, or cheap. Pick two.” - The Project Management Triangle
While some still use this “you pick two” axiom, most of us involved in project work know it doesn’t really work this way. Clients don’t want to be forced to “pick two” because the two they pick won’t meet their entire business objective. In reality there are no winners when any of these elements is ignored. The client doesn’t get what they want, the agency doesn’t get to do the work correctly, and the end users don’t get the features & functions they expect.
Let’s redefine this obsolete view of project fulfillment.
MMGY has created a new model definition for how collaborative project fulfillment works. To learn about this model, download MMGY’s newest thought leadership piece: Redefining the Project Management Triangle.
