MMGY Global Names Chris Campos President and COO
MMGY Global, the largest integrated travel and hospitality organization in the world, is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Campos as president and chief operating officer (COO). Campos, who previously held senior leadership positions at Arnold Worldwide (HAVAS), Y&R and BRAVO (WPP), will help MMGY Global scale its business in a period of major growth and expansion following several recent acquisitions. Clayton Reid, current president and chief executive officer (CEO), will continue as CEO of MMGY Global.
The hiring of Campos is a testament to the organization’s growth and its vision for its collective agency brands moving forward. MMGY Global will continue its growth organically and globally through additional acquisitions. Following MMGY Global’s acquisitions of NJFPR, Myriad Marketing and DK Shifflet in 2016, the organization currently has approximately 300 employees, with offices in Kansas City, New York, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., Orlando and Madrid. MMGY Global features an impressive client portfolio, including major travel brands Canyon Ranch, Lufthansa, Choice Hotels International, Inc., Signature Travel Network, The Beaches of Fort Myers & Sanibel, the South Dakota Department of Tourism, Intrepid Travel and international destinations like Macau, Northern Territory, Australia, Papua New Guinea, Qatar and Bermuda.

MMGY Global will leverage Campos’ Hispanic and Latin American experience at WPP’s Hispanic shop Y&R/Bravo and hive+ideation in order to continue to grow its base of business in Spanish-speaking parts of the world. MMGY Global currently maintains an office in Madrid, Spain, and services travel brands like Palladium Hotel Group, Los Cabos Tourism, NH Hotel Group, Paradisus Resorts and others.
A native of Mexico City, Campos recently moved to Kansas City and will spend time in all the MMGY Global offices. Outside of work, Chris is an endurance junkie (Ironman triathlete and ultramarathoner) and a health coach.
