Our Supply Chain and Risk Profile
As a professional services business, our suppliers are primarily technology/software, professional services, facilities and workforce-related providers (including recruitment and staffing). We consider modern slavery risk in our direct operations to be low, but we recognize risks can arise in supply chains and we take a proportionate, risk-based approach to identifying and addressing them.
Our Policy on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking
We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere in our business or supply chains. We operate a number of internal policies to ensure we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner, including:
- Human Rights Policy
- Employee Handbook
- Recruitment Policy (maintained to align with local right to work and minimum wage legislation)
Internal Accountability
Our internal accountability standards and procedures help us to ensure that all our employees conduct business in an ethical manner. MMGY Global requires its employees to comply with the laws of the countries in which we operate and with all MMGY Global policies. Any violation of the law or MMGY Global policy is subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
Awareness Raising
We maintain awareness of modern slavery risks through relevant internal policies and manager/HR guidance, and we will strengthen targeted awareness over time for teams most likely to engage suppliers or workforce-related vendors.
Commitment and Approval
MMGY Global will investigate any concerns related to modern slavery or human trafficking reported through established internal channels. This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and will be reviewed and updated annually.
