Steve brings more than 25 years of experience in market research and insights to his position at MMGY Global. Prior to working at MMGY Global, Steve led research efforts for the AAA National Office, Marriott Vacations Worldwide, The Ritz-Carlton Club and Walt Disney Parks & Resorts.
He now guides the agency's travel insight group, in which he oversees the development of MMGY Global’s proprietary surveys, including the Portrait of American Travelers® (now in its 28th year) as well as its custom research programs. He is also responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the agency’s Orlando office.
Steve has guided the research for the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau, Destination Cleveland, Visit Tucson, the Japan National Tourism Organization, the South Dakota Department of Tourism, the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA), Visit Savannah, Interval International, the Nassau/Paradise Island Promotion Board and the Jordan Tourism Board, North America.
